Co-Founder and number crunching guru, Kristin has 20 years experience taking care of the administration for hundreds of businesses in very diverse industries. Kristin is known for her strong and down-to-earth attitude toward helping owners get the admin done right. “I live in Canberra, the capital of Australia and enjoy painting and spending time with family.”
MBA, MSEng, BIT, BEc
Co-Founder and strategy guy, Dan has 15 years experience launching and establishing new ventures. In addition, Dan has a background managing complex projects and is backed by a strong skills investment to ensure a good balance of practical and formal knowledge. “I love being with my family and getting out on the mountain bike.”
With a love of financial administration and a background in hospitality, Nadia is great working with our clients. In her spare time you will find her spending time outdoors with her young family.

Sarah is amazing at setting up a business with procedures and processes to efficiently get work done consistently. She is always contributing to improving the way we get our work done and make life easier for our clients. Outside of work she will do anything outdoors but loves skiing, 4-wheel driving and fishing.
Ash is currently studying her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. She has a bubbly personality and is always happy to help in any way possible. In her spare time Ash enjoys creating Grazing Tables and spending time with family and friends.

With a diverse tertiary background, an inquisitive mind and having lived in numerous countries, Ryan brings wonderful insight to our team. Outside of work Ryan loves reading and can even be found playing Dungeons and Dragons!

Eliane has 10 years’ experience in accounting, finance and business management.
Eliane's passions are outdoor activities like playing tennis; Eliane also loves spending time with her friends and family.

Tracy not only loves working with numbers but has incredible skills in prioritising (yes she was an ICU nurse in a past life). Outside of work, you might see Tracy on her mountain bike cranking down Mt Stromlo.

A master in logistics from his past military career, Dave excels in organising and focusing on process and we love it! We doubt anyone can keep up with Dave outside of work where you will find him running, riding, hiking huge distances!

Nayu has a keen eye for detail and loves learning. She is loving expanding her bookkeeping knowledge. Outside of work she loves K-Pop dancing and working on her nail art!
Eric is the office dog and plays an important role of reminding us to balance work with life! He loves sleeping, eating and chewing things he shouldn’t. Eric will do almost anything he can to convince us to take him out for a run.

Trade Guardian started in 2011 as a simple one-person service that helped tradespeople deal with the boxes and piles of paperwork that kept getting in the way of them making real money. Today, the Guardian group is a business administration outsourcing and training organization with customers all over Australia.
